Code of ethics

 

The Code of Ethics outlines the ethical values and behavioral norms that Nordic Negotiation Hub follow when providing personal and business consulting services. The Code of Ethics is based on five values:

1. Integrity – We conduct my activities with honesty, reliability, goodwill, and consideration for the client’s interests.
2. Transparency and Non-Competition – We work openly with the client to the extent required by service agreements. During and after the provision of services, I ensure non-competition with the client’s business and employees.
3. Competence – Our knowledge and skills are suitable for providing personal and business consultations, and we continuously update them.
4. Professional Conduct – We demonstrate respect for the client and their employees.
5. Confidentiality – Information about the client or individual learned during discussions/consultations is not disclosed.
