Nordic Negotiation Hub
Let’s create something greater than the sum of its parts.
We are PRACTICIANS. We not only teach, but we can also conduct negotiations on behalf of companies.

The purpose of Nordic Negotiation Hub is to conduct professional negotiations and provide Negotiation Training.
Early in my career, I noticed that one of the accelerators of people/business results is Negotiation Competence.
Negotiations are usually understood as a buying-selling process, during which each side seeks benefits for itself. This perception does not generate the best feelings, because it requires to fight for one’s own benefit, and the fight does not create long-term collaboration, which can emerge through the co-creation of negotiations.
In our culture, the negotiation principles of the Power Strategy still dominate. However, I see that, as business awareness evolves, the traditional Power Strategy is losing its relevance and influence. Both in business deals and within companies, the need to fight and win benefits only for oneself is shifting toward a broader search for meaning in negotiation outcomes. This new approach opens up space for openness, creativity, trust, and sustainable business relationships. I believe that sustainable agreements will be those that we evaluate not based on how much benefit we gained for ourselves but by how much value we created in the negotiation process - for ourselves, our negotiation partners, and the world at large.
If your field of activity is Procurement or Sales, negotiations are typically seen as an inherent part of the job. However, if your work is related to HR, IT, Finance, Projects, Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance or other areas, negotiations are often assumed to happen naturally. If you can speak, you can negotiate. This assumption is one of the key reasons behind stereotypical thinking that limits the potential within organizations.
If you aim for aligned long-term goals, a strategic and modern approach to negotiations and their culture is necessary for the entire organization, not just within specific departments.

At Nordic Negotiation Hub we:
Negotiate
We put into practice what we believe, what we know and what we say. We are those who bravely face negotiation challenges because we enjoy negotiations, their dynamics and results. We conduct negotiations on behalf of clients, and if such a service is not required, we can help prepare for important negotiations and coordinate their progress and help make the necessary decisions.
We can assess the potential and readiness of your negotiation team, including an in-depth personality analysis. If needed, we can work on coaching and mentoring principles with high-potential corporate negotiators and personally help them achieve professionalism.
Educate
As many as 70% of employees in Lithuanian companies related to commerce have never had professional negotiation training. Isn't that puzzling?
We provide professional Negotiation training that can give your business growth potential. Growth is one of the personal and economic engines. Growing just for the sake of growth is a thing of the past. Modern business increasingly speaks about the meaning of vision and goals. Every agreement made is the result of negotiations, so we are absolutely sure that negotiation knowledge and practical training allow you to consistently and confidently move towards negotiation mastery and meaningful agreements that will ensure both the negotiator's personal and business growth.
Connect
We connect people and businesses. Scandinavian and Baltic countries have close business ties. Here, we speak different languages, have diverse cultures, histories and currencies. The ability to understand each other and combine different negotiation experiences and competencies creates conditions for creativity, strategic expertise, and the search for innovative solutions, enabling investment in open and sustainable business relationships. This is what the changing world demands.
We maintain relationships with world-renowned negotiation experts, which ensures access to the latest knowledge, books, and rapidly changing technological solutions.
