Negotiation and Leadership Training based on the TrusTelligence™ concept
TrusTelligence™ – agreements for a new era
This is a contemporary approach to the negotiation process and personal leadership. The TrusTelligence™ concept consists of three encoded elements:
Trust
A negotiating opponent can be trusted or not. The negotiation opponent also has reasons to trust or not trust me. How is trust built and how is it broken? How much trust is needed in negotiations? How can it be measured?
Communication
What we want to say during negotiations and what we say, often differ. What the negotiation opponent understands may not necessarily align with the expressed position. The ability to communicate has a direct impact on the negotiation process and its outcome.
Intelligence
This element is the most complex as it encodes 6 different types of intelligence necessary to achieve the best negotiation outcome. By developing each intelligence, you will be able to create more value in negotiations.

IQ – Intelligence Quotient this represents the power of the mind. The higher this cuotient, the more expressed the negotiator's conceptual and abstract thinking, reaction to the changing negotiation situation, and complex conditions.
EQ – Emotional Intelligence this is the ability to recognize one's own and others' emotions, manage negotiation stress and conflicts, understand and use non-verbal information (gestures, tone of voice, gaze). It helps in making balanced decisions.
SQ – Social Intelligence this is the ability to communicate with another person in the same language, build trust and establish a connection with negotiation counterparts. If the negotiator acts solely for their own benefit, a return to negotiations from a position of Power is guaranteed.
CQ – Creative Intelligence this is the potential to generate innovative ideas and original, flexible solutions. In the negotiation process, it allows the creation of additional value that neither negotiator was aware of before the negotiations began.
SpQ - Spiritual Intelligence – allows for understanding and finding meaning in life and the world. This reflects the negotiator’s values, morality, responsibility, wisdom, and ability to see the broader context.
AI – Artificial Intelligence is your assistant, available 24/7. By maintaining confidentiality and using it appropriately, you will prepare for negotiations more quickly, have a clearer negotiation plan, and more options during the negotiation process.
